Faith & Hope - Nadine Today.... I love today. Life has been good recently. Today on the way out of school, I was just thinking of Pastor Lia's birthday celebration... Then I started thinking about all the ministries, and all the youths running the ministry... Then I thought of how everyone became an IC or a leader at 14, 15 or even 13 years old. I mean, look at Wei Ze, a leader when he was Primary 4. Then I realise because of the culture surrounding me, I am used to young people being leaders and taking the lead. To us, it's very normal. I mean, young people SHOULD and CAN lead. So when I go to school and people are amazed by the Students Council or CT Council, I'm like, "Very big deal meh". Of course then I must remind myself to be humble, HAHA. But honestly. We're changing lives everyday. Every single thing we do. Yes they improve the welfare of "fellow Victorians" but... Who will remember that during your year as a councillor, you put a rubbish bin there to minimise rubbish???? Yeah.. I love our church. Atmosphere of faith. Why not? What if? Think faith today. Feel faith. This post is utterly random and one more thing to add on... DHM doesn't know how to appreciate Les Miserables. Sad! |
