Only You FINALLY SAW PASTORS TODAY! Miss them sooooooooooooooooo much luh! Church is so different without them. Now the life is back. Muahahaha. Heard so wonderful things about Nordic conference. Northbrooks is famous in Moscow, Ireland, Iceland, Sweden.. Whole of Europe! We are impacting this world! Pastor Joakim is amazing. The narrow road, yes amen!! For all those who didn't go for today's service.. You have missed so much! Hahaha. Being a spiritual leader.. Undescribable. Things get shown to you. You feel things in your spirit. Groundwork Yesterday was amazing. Arrived in church earlier and seen people's lives changed.. Discipleship is love. Love that wants to see you change and grow in God (: Few words for some people! Hahaha Catch the heart of serving, the passion of serving, and fly from here! It's not the skills that count. God never looks at your abilities, He looks at your heart (: Go where church needs you! END OF PRELIMS! END OF PRELIMS YESTERDAYYYYYYYYYYYYY! SUPER YEAH YEAH YEAH! We celebrated it by sharing ghost stories at Yoshi. So super lame. Hahaha. Then I went home, and surf the net. Really RELAXED! Was listening to all my worship songs and just resting. Then suddenly felt like worshipping! So I had a mini worship session myself! Song: Saviour King Worship team: Hillsongs Hahaha. Afterwards Chew came and it was crappiness. She took my phone, and changed her name to secret, and also change her dp for my phone. Totally invaded my privacy. She jumped on my bed. She ate my swiss chocs. She ate my biscuits. I have to give her the tissue. I have to charge her batteries for her. I have to entertain her with my hilarious (and cute) baby photos. And her remark was: "The greatest leader is also the greatest servant." I was like, THANKS CHEW. Evan Almighty is nice! Genesis 6:14 Got back prelims results, overall still quite satisfied with them :D I got CCA award for student council although they always catch my attire -.- The guys console me by saying because not enough candidates to choose from. My Revelation :D During my QT, I got a vision from God. At first it just looked like black pebbles on the ground, but afterwards it became a tree that hung over a river. I was wondering what could it be, when suddenly, I thought of a person: Zacchaeus. His hunger for God was so great, that he could neglect what others were saying about him being a tax-collector just to be near to Jesus. Even though he was short, he didn't give up but climbed a tree instead. That, was unlawful hunger, not caring what others said about him because of his great thrist for Jesus. Be like Zacchaeus. Yes, I'm hungry Yesterday was just powerful. I think my spirit has been stale. Too complacent. Think that God is just there. No freshness. But now. Everything is gonna be different. New spirit! Was reading "The Unquenchable Worshipper" on the train today. Matt Redman was talking about how they were focusing too much on the music, and too little of the pure presence of God. Because of that, he wrote this song: "Heart of Worship". Just as I read the lyrics, I reached my stop. Put my book back into my bag, alighted. Just then, my mp3 played "Heart of Worship". Even when walking home, I could feel the presence of God and just wanted to worship. I'm coming back to the heart of worship, Where it's all about you, all about you Jesus; I'm sorry Lord for the things I've made it, When it's all about you, all about you Jesus. Inspiring Best Friend - Deng Huiiiiiiiiiii! Inspiring best friend guo ran lives up to her name! I'm waiting for chew to call me back for attendance.. So I decided to do sth productive and go see blogs! Hahaha. As quoted on Deng Huiiiiiiii's blog: "and this whole season, i need to build myself up spiritually.to do this, here are my to-do list.. 1. listen to at least 1 sermon podcast everyday. 2. read a chapter of the bible everyday (when i'm traveling). 3. the 'only' songs i'll listen to is praise and worship. 4. worship Him every moment. carry a heart of worship. 5. fresh revelation everyday. (and to do this, i will blog about my revelation. so if there's a day without revelation, please prompt me and remind me that i gotta get my revelation!!)" Yes amen! Quick updates! Have not done much effective studying during the hols yet =x Studied but.. well, not effective! But I did catch a lot of movies with my family :D B2 study outing tmr! I'm a spiritual Christian I'm so tired now that I think I may die any moment. 4 hours sleep + ACES day + teachers' day celebration = =x Had meeting with Ivan today. Something so true, simple, yet unseen by most people. Being a Christian is more than loving God, it's feeling Him, having a relationship with Him. Many people are like, "Yeah! I love God!" Rah-rah kind. But when you see their lives and even blogs, there's no touch of that spirituality there. 2 people can crap about the same things, but the one who keeps drawing near to Him would definitely leave you with a different feeling. Unexplainable, cos it's something spiritual and on the inside. I was blown away by what Ivan said, and in awe of him. Someday I would share these amazing things to leaders that I have risen up. When I am a leader of 20, 50, 100, 200. This is my dream. Forever growing in Your house. To be part of this generation, who's rising up to take their place with selfless faith. 50 years later, you'll still see me in hoGc. Serving and loving much much more than today. I'm loving God, and fearing His nature. So that I'll grow, and be more like Him. Forever in awe of You (: |
