There are many things to blog about! So I shall do a summary! (Raja will like it. HA) WEDNESDAY Had Prelims English Oral. (It's not very impt.) So let's skip to the impt part! Hahaha. USHER MINISTRY WENT TO SENTOSA TOGETHER!! Yep, I think this is the first time. Because of my not-impt oral, I had to go later. Thus, I met fellow CU Shan, Shanny, and crapper Seah Darryl! Darryl's ah-ma is a good cook! Her fishballs are nice! Me and Shan were like gobble gobble gobble. Hahaha We walked supppppper long to the beach lah. We didn't think of taking the tram. Then we saw BK on the tram! Instead of boarding the train with him, he came down and walked with us -.- Best thing: We didn't even realise till about 5 mins later. HAHA Photographers of the day were 2 pretty ladies! Guess who are they? (Ans: Nadine and Peishan) Hmm. I think hoGc ushers are the best. We found a spot with shelter and we did something I think no other youths would do. We brought a broom there. Ah Cai kept sweeping and made sure there were no sand. Later, he upgraded and swept the sand itself. Lol We had sandcastle competition! Superrrrr fun! Xcel + Altitude = Xtitude! :DDD Oh ya, Chew fell asleep while sun tanning. So we decided to build a sandcastle on her. It had a staircase some more. HA! And all the boys went crazy, kep throwing each other into the water. Oh, we did a super sweet thing! We sang Keegan a birthday song! At the end, we threw him into the water. Hahaha We stayed there till about 7plus. Then had dinner in church. Usher is having a new system. COOL! Btw, all photos would be post on usher blog soon. The add would not be revealed. Let's see if fellow ushers flow with the ministry. Hahaha. THURSDAY EMERGE TODAY! Praise & Worship was awesome. The competition was cool! THE WORD OF GOD WAS SIMPLY POWERFUL! I'm going to have a strong prayer life! B2&4 outing! Watch Pirates of Caribbean. It was nice but half the time I don't understand anything. Haha. Ah Gong and Ah Fei was super nonsense. They kept laughing and ee-ing. Hahaha. Yeah, then train ride home was nonsense too. Lol. Was reading hospi best friend's blog and came across this quote from "Facing the Giants." "If we win, we praise Him. If we lose, we praise Him." "Facing the Giants." Great piece of movie. It talks about a man. Everything was going wrong. But just a simple prayer. Everything was right again. Many a times we would face problems in our lives, problems that seem to be to huge to solve. But for how many of us, our first resort would be to turn to God? Or is it true that our first thought is always: give up. Giving up is a thought that have sometimes crossed my mind. But turning to God is always on my heart. If life is peaceful, how would we feel the power of God? Just like how Jesus calmed the sea when the disciples were all afraid that the ship would overturn. If the storm never came, would the disciples ever see how powerful God is? So, I believe, each tribulation and persecution, can be seen as another way to see God's power. Only then can we be brought up to a whole new level. Another level to know God better (: So... "If I win, I praise Him. If I lose, I praise Him." @ 12:02 AM

Yeah! Some bad news. Chem: f9 Physics: d7 My PHYSICS actually scored better than CHEM. Tsk right? Most likely dropping to combined bah. I don't see any fuss in dropping. If it helps in my grades, then okay! :D BUT. Seek God first! If He say drop, I shall drop. If He say don't, then I die also won't let Miss Low drop me! Wahahaha. Good news! Yesterday was simmmmmmmply awesome! "POP CULTURE." - Pastor Kong Simply amazing. Things seen in a different light. His sermon is so powerful lah! Never knew the importance of pop culture. Influential. Can really learn a lot from Pastor. Humble! Jian Ming's runner too. Got new best friend! Haha. Christina from Revival Nation. Sec 3 jiu Usher IC. Wah~ Can learn a lot being runner. I've totally lost interest in blogging. In fact, I've forgotten that I got a blog until Sharmaine told me to go see her blog. Hahaha. I really want to thank her for describing me as a gorilla due to the fine hairs on my arms. What to do. I just have so many hair follicles, thus resulting in the many hair protruding out of my epidermis. Haha. I love Bio (: Yeah, just so looking forward to tmr. Time passes so fast. Exams started lat Wednesday and they are ending tmr! Hope that tmr's papers would be easy. End off the exam period nicely! The best post-exam celebration - Pastor Kong's Seminar! First time ushering as CU. A bit nervous. But should be okay lah. Got Noni and Shan Shan lei! Somemore Jian Ming leading, sure powerful de lor! Holiday lessons more important. Hahaha. Tomorrow's itinerary: 1. Chiong finish Chem. 2. Choing finish SS. 3. Start on E Geog!!! IMPORTANT! Breakthrough in my life! :D Usher team got a restructure and I have been tranferred to another team! Initially I felt faithless, things just seem impossible without Bestie around. However, the HS spoke to me! "Leave your comfort zone." As Carlo would put it, WAHLAMAK! Suddenly things just changed. Faith-filled! All things are possible! (: My mentality just changed and I began to see things in a different light. A new way to grow. A new team to lead. New challenges to be overcome. Working with a different 2nd IC. Things seem exciting! :D God, in You I trust. |
