Interesting encounter with the Taxi Uncle Haha, I just saw the CG blog and I had a great laugh. If Gonghua ever has her own blog, I will definitely read it everyday, and recommend all psychologists to introduce it to their depressed or psycho patients. It's a great remedy. Okay, this post has large fonts cos we must think for Gonghua. Her laptop is only this size (the white one):  Which means that all the words which are small, appear really really really small. You get the drift. Let me share with you my interesting encounter on the way home. As it is quite late and it very dangerous for a pretty girl to walk home alone, I (yes, I'm the one) took a cab home. So I boarded this comfort cab and told the uncle my address. He drove to CTE, and then he missed like 3 CTE exits which could have brought me home! I thought he want to act cool, go long way. So I waited. Then he brought me to Orchard!!! Alamak. CMI. Me: Uncle, I'm going to St George eh. Uncle: Oh I thought you going to St James. Me: No luh... I said St George what. Uncle: No, you said St James. Me: Uncle, my address leh. Can say wrong one meh. Uncle: (realises he's wrong) Okay, I minus $1 for you. Me: (think cheat my money so easy) Uncle, if you exited just now, I would have reached home already leh! Uncle: (refuses to lose) Okay, $2! AIYOHHHHH, By the time he turn here turn there, got at least $8 can! Midnight surcharge eh! The aunty spirit in me says CANNOT GIVE IN. So in the end, he restarted the meter and my cabfare $8 plus only. Hahhahahahaha! Has a great S&L PM where I learnt so much from Wendy (: CG WORSHIP SESSION WAS THE BEST! Spiritual atmosphere up a new level. People reignited. The spirit of growth.. Ahhhh I can feel it, Come come come! GROWTH! P.S.: THE WORDS REALLY VERY BIG. |
